Just in time to make it over Main St. in Auburn for a SB Uncle Pete stacker just pulling out of the siding. Very colorful "rainbow" like cans! Fresh off the ship in Seattle, heading to the east. Union Pacific has just finished up with a complete track rehab from Tacoma to Seattle thru the valley. Looks nothing like the old Milwaukee Road........
Indeed quite colorful. Love seeing those MILW transmission lines and poles still standing and used. Well over forty years after the electrification was ended.
And all the underpasses still have the catenary shields too! You can still find the trolley pole stubs too in the ditches.
