Looks a bit off, with the relationship of that depot to tracks. Having the other track now removed, which would illustrate the reason...
Yeah, judging from looking at the Google Satellite image. The old tracks ran on the other side of the depot. Looks like a park sidewalk follows the right of way to the north. There appears to be a small section of rail south of where the diamond was pulled up too.
