Scruffy old GP40-2 in San Antonio in August of 2005. Flash Blackman and I were train watching at South Yard.

Funny how the nose looks fine on that poor little (a diesel that used to be big) GP40-2 but the rest dreadful. Must be the gray/blue :D paint, huh.

In that very first/top picture, the end of a building shows. Certainly looks like an old depot? What town is that two story brick structure?

Is this referencing that wood depot, next to the two cabooses? Or the brick one? I am guessing the latter? If so, which is the wooden one in partial view?

Some sort of remote controlled booster unit, of the "ecological" variety?

A rent-a-wreck on the UP in San Antonio in August of 2005. Bad sun angle but you takes what you can get sometimes.

Running elephant style, 3 SP SD40T-2's run east through Mojave CA, as a Target peeks over the second unit.
