Man, what a great layout. Your scenery is top notch and that long bridge is just damn fine modeling. Great work and thanks for posting. Would love to see more of the layout and track plan. Way more than I'd ever have room for, but a guy can dream. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
@txronharris, ooh, many thanks The bridge is an kitbashing of a lot of MicroEngineering Tall Steel Viaduct pieces. They are 2,30 m with MicroEngineering Bridge Flex Track and guard rails. Ok, here's another video ... enjoy it. Regards Thomas
Holy mackerel , that is amazing!! Very nicely done layout with great details and all, and that trestle is awesome!!
Yes, the theme is the great canadian landscape for long freight trains. On the layout is a maximum train length of about 6m is possible. However, only with 5-6 engines. And where is the rolling stock.....? ...in 8 showcases! About 70 engines, with sound and without. About 400 freight cars and few passengers. I hope my wife does not read here ....
WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Find a friend with a DSLR and a super wide angle and get the entire room into view!
I had this and more pictures shot today .... extra for TB. Just updated again. Incidentally, a Canon wide-angle lens, 16-35mm.
White Pass & Yukon Route The original is actually a narrow-gauge railway ... yeah I know, but forgive me the infidelity. A modified KATO Mikado 2-8-2 with decals from C-D-S Lettering. The steam is a creation of simple cotton wool. The steamer (#73) and the passengers have MTL body mount coupler, i do that on all rolling stock.
