long time modeler of ho, I model Union Pacific and fall somewhere between a rivet counter and free lance. I try to model the rolling stock and power to time and spec, but I don't model any place in particular. I dont have a layout as of now. I also enjoy collecting some trains as well I just started to collect some of UP's heritage equipment.
Hi UP79, Welcome. Happy to have you on board. Don't worry about not having a layout. Many of us collect, or plan, or dream, waiting for the day we retire, or the kids move out, or whatever. Model and 1:1 railroading is fun no matter what. I volunteer at a model railroad museum. $10/month dues allows me to care for the N-Scale exhibits, and more importantly, play with trains and be with others who feel the same way.
