Welcome aboard, Matt. The logo you've chosen is wonderful/ I will say I still have vague memories (from a few decades ago) of West Hempstead. There's lots here to browse, have a good time!

Hi Matt, Welcome. Glad to have you on board. What scale are you considering?

Thank you everyone! That logo has a lot meaning behind it for me. Eagle2, West Hempstead still has some beautiful parts, most of Long Island still does, it's just so dang crowded. As for the scale of my fast growing hobby, I've been a fan of HO my entire life. I don't have any permanent displays, just a Christmas setup that tends to stay out longer every year!

Growing up my folks got me the old Hot Wheels Sto and Go Freight yard (it's close to HO) and a couple Lego train sets...both of which still hold a special place in my heart. Most of my powered trains in HO are Long Island Rail Road related. I'll post a picture of the wall mounted display case I keep my collection in soon.
