I noticed last night that when I plug the DT400 throttle into one particular UP5 panel, the voltage readout remains on the throttle and I cannot toggle the track power on or off. I have no issues with any of the other UP panels on the layout with the same throttle and I also tested all Loconet cables with the LT1 before installing them. It's a small 11x10 layout so I don't think it's a cable length issue. Would this indicate a bad UP5 panel?
I think you have a bad UP5. If all of the other panels work and one does not, then I suspect the panel. I do find it interesting that it's the last panel in the series on the "B" cable run. Have you tried swapping the offending UP5 and exchanging it with a different one?
