DCC++ Sketch Compile errors

I'm more than positive that it's something simple that I'm missing, using either an Arduino Uno or Mega. when verifying the sketch, I receive an error saying 'EEPROM' was not declared in this scope.

any suggestions on what I may be missing?

Solution! - I just needed to update my IDE. I feel silly, I was trouble shooting the code.
