Bachmann On30 climax ?

    just picked up a Bmann On30 climax,pre dcc and sound and discovered there is no valve linkage. Is this how these units were designed. My HO version has all the linkage and is interesting to watch.

    Mine works fine but it is with DCC and sound. Did they change them or make two different ones?
