    Thanks. Smoothit over spackle, then the smooth it broken in the areas I wanted to represent the topcoat coming loose. Airbrushed and hand painted sealant

    As for the sound, of course its dubbed into the video.

    I'm going with a Bluetooth wireless headset system for the sound on the layout. Far easier than installing whatever in the locomotives, and I can get better, more realistic results. I've found onboard sound to be light and tinny. Wireless headsets give me the advantage of more bass
