    Wow, Buddy, I don't do any modern freight railfanning, but that was pretty impressive. I counted 103 tank cars, and it reminded this ancient person of the WWII tank trains. 10,000 feet long? No wonder so much power up front. Thanks, man.

    First three were more likely online, last three were probably dead in tow. 3/4 of the train were empties.

    Even if only the first three were operating, still sounds like they are doing a little work....

    Holy smokes! It's a good thing the prototype doesn't have to worry about clotheslining! The black and red scheme of the lead loco is gorgeous.

    Thx Doug. The IAIS knew what scheme they wanted, since the Rockets ran that line years ago. Every time that unit is in the lead, I usually will grab it especially now that foreign power gets to run the line.

    I used the wrong term. I should have written "stringlining", not "clotheslining".
