How can you not find any?

There are literally hundreds if not thousands of pictures of them out on the web.

Here's page 2 of the complete rrpicturearchive list where the UP starts. You can even choose if you want it with current number or old number. Most units have multiple pictures. And this is just the 9043s.

What kind of result were you going for?

 

a heavily weathered look. the ¨too far from a locomotive wash¨ look. maybe where it operates in a place where there is lots of precipitation and rust occurs quicker

 

I think the problem is that none of the 90s ever got rusty or that faded in paint in real life. That DuPont paint seems to have worked really well and the EMDs don't have stack fires to the same extent as GEs so the 90s just never got that beat up.
