    Hi all,

New to the forum with a question:
    I found this blog:

    http://kdrail.blogspot.com.au/search/label/Turnouts

and was wondering if it would work. The guy connected one wire to the junction point of the existing jumpers for the polarity change. I would guess that wire would go to either #4 or #5 (one of the common leads) on the Tortoise machine. The other two wires would run from the track bus (+ and -) to #2 and #3 or #6 and #7 depending which common lead was used to connect the jumper.
What I would like to know is if I'm correct with my thinking....

    Thanking you guys in advance,

    Bill

    Dwayne! Hello!

I've been trying to contact you as you probably figured out already. I think you have a GREAT way of powering frogs! Do you think it would be enough just to gap the closure rails and run the wire from the frog jumpers to the tortoise machine? The reason I ask is because it's really tough for me to solder the bond wires between the closure rails and the stock rails. I think dropping feeders from the closure rails to the bus would be easier. That would work, right?

    Thanks Dwayne....

    Bill,

I see no reason that would not work from your description.
I was following a article from Allen Gartner website http://www.wiringfordcc.com/
I believe the article was based on HO PECO Turnouts
