Okay, I searched the archives and found nothing-but if this has been covered, please direct me there. My xtrkcad is officially busted. I have done a soft restart, hard restart, uninstalled, reinstalled etc. I've done everything I can think of. This is my issue: I try to connect a piece of track onto the end of another, occasionally I get this message: "There are no unconnected end points for this track" Nine times out of ten it happens with one of the two legs of a turnout. Furthermore, if that turnout is connected to other track at two points, and the third is giving me that error message, If I attempt to delete the turnout, it crashes the program with the following messages: "disconnectTracks (sic) are not connected, Do you want to save your layout" followed by (after saving) "Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\XTrkCAD4\xtrkcad.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." follwed by the crash. Sometimes it asks me if I want to write an audit file. :crying: Any thoughts? hboy:
It has been some time since my last use of this software. I never encountered such a problem. Is your copy the most current version? Could yours be corrupted somehow? Perhaps try downloading a fresh file?
