The headlights by Don's Fine Scale Electronics are here. Just replace the existing hollow tubings with the new one, a bit of soldering and done. It incorporates a clear lens and a high power warm white LED. Now the SW-00 assembled shell and the r.t.r. locomotives are available with factory installed working headlights. They can be purchased at L.G.Thek Brasswork Upcoming releases: Motorized chassis with 9"-0" wheel base, replacement chassis bottom plates with brackets for side frames, and Alco side frame kit for 9"-0" wheel base locomotive trucks and chassis. For collectors of fine European trainZ, a motorized, highly detailed brass Era II baggage car (ghost car) coming soon. It's going to make all unpowered Railex and other brand locomotives not only running, but running as smooth as they deserve. For fans of small American locomotives an 0-4-0 steam switcher is nicely progressing. It will be available as a highly detailed, painted and decaled ready to run locomotive with unique road numbers. OK, here are the pictures of the prototype.
Lajos, I am excited to see this baltimore and ohio 0-4-0 released! It was the first steamer I had in HO, the first in N. I have a found place in my heart for these.
Catch-22. Slow, and getting slower. An eye surgery (both eyes) need to be done this year. The only issues are mental preparation and $$$... I'll be back.
A short update. I had the left eye surgery performed two days ago. The results look good both direction, by the doctor from the outside to in and by me, from the inside to out. Right eye will be on the chopping block on January 15th, back to trainZ by the end of February. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Everybody!
