That's the word from the dealer from whom I bought quite possibly the last one. If anybody has any spares lying around, now would be the time to sell them.

We just started placing orders for track components and I will know better when they will start arriving. It's been a long road getting here but the new vendor is really up on their game and I doubt we will suffer the countless delays and problems we experienced with SDK. At least I hope ) I think we will have those pieces in a few months. We have started up the program again and am working on some new components. Stay tuned.

I myself would like to see turnouts that match the MTL flextrack, no roadbed, just barebones turnouts! :D

And please please please make larger turnouts such as No. 8 and 10's. The No.6's were great for MTL's market entry into modular track but we are way past that market date. MTL is releasing an E8, AZL the Big Boy....they alone deserve more than No. 6's. We are not complaining but we ARE more deserving than just this starter stock switch. MTL please take this challenge for us, the Z community so that we can build better layouts. We are still patiently waiting.

    Regards,
    Jeffrey

Well, I've ordered some turnouts and track to finish my station and related spur. The internal mechanism will let me put a remote switch where the MTL mechanism doesn't fit, so that was the clincher. If all goes well I'll be using them for my terminal. Hopefully the digitrax stationary decoder doesn't consider it the first switch it met that it didn't like. :tb-wink:

Does the tie spacing of the Rokuhan turnout match MTL Flextrack, or are they spaced so far apart that a Z Scale person would need to pole vault between each tie? Just curious? :D

Rokuhan runs about 7 per inch as compared to MTL at about 10. Rokuhan ties are a bit wider.
