I am selling one of my AZL brass GN E7s. It is AZL #1890 and is road number 505. This was an extremely limited run. They are beautiful locomotives. It has been test run and runs very smoothly and quiet. It looks great at the head end of a string of MTL GN Empire Builder cars. I am asking $500 plus shipping. If interested please email me on jlundy46@comcast.net. Thanks, John
Trust me... $500 is a steal for this engine. The AZL GN E7s were a private release. They were never released to the public. Nor do they appear in the catalog of AZL releases: http://www.ztrack.com/AZL/amerzlines_E7s.html This is a very rare and very special locomotive. Rob
Matt, No way is anyone with any smarts going to sell a brass AZL loco for a measly $300. Pay the asking price and feel lucky to get it.
I don't know about that. The value of something you have for sale is what someone is willing to pay for it. Some(original purchase price) $500,000 homes in the US are selling now for $300,000. Maybe times have changed.
I myself would not pay $300 for them, only because I am an ABA F guy, not an E guy, and prefer F3, F7, and F9's to E's any day. Now if it was an F3, I would happily shell out the coin! Those houses were way over priced, and working people cannot afford them. Wages have not kept up with housing, as the housing bubble was just another pyramid scam.
