Hallo, I have ordered and paid quite a few things the last time at Anthony. I´m doing this for years now and he has always answered my mails fast. Now I have written 3 in 10 days and get no reply. I´m afraid that something happended to my mail account, because I have also ordered at Lajos and get no reply. Mattias, I have gotten emails and package from Anthony recently. I think it is your email but I will send Anthony a copy of your post. He is a good man and honest seller as you already know. I hope this will help you. I don't know about Lajos except that he is also good about returning emails. Karin
Taxes? Mattias, Since they both are small business owners and the U.S. tax deadline is April 15... they both may have been busy with complicated tax paperwork. I'm not sure... but, this may be the reason.

Mathias, I had similar problem with Oliver Passman. I could't receive emails from him, so I open a Yahoo email acct. We still communicate this way. Its funny about emails.
Anthony has contacted me, he has been sick. I´m glad he´s better off now and my mails still work. Mattias
Wow! I don't even know what to say. For everybody. I'm not a small business owner. Zthek is my family name combined with Z, it's fun, it's a hobby. I have a good paying highly demanding full time job, working for one of the largest commercial millwork / cabinet company in the Los Angeles area. Luckily I still enjoy full employment, so my hobby gets the necessary financial support. There is no money made thru selling a few Z-scale products. For my customers: The http://www.zthek.com web site is set up to work with PayPal shopping cart. In the case of purchase, PayPal sends a confirmation e-mail in my behalf. When I receive the other half of the PayPal order confirmation, I do the best possible to fulfill that order. Sorry, no time for personal follow-ups in plain and simple cases. Hallo Lajos, don´t get me wrong. Yes, I´ve ordered 2 days ago, but I sent you an email about a week ago, together with all the other mails to the US not answered I was getting a little nervous. Otherwise I would have waited just some longer or tried to mail again. And yes, BN-decals would be great! Mattias
