I didn't catch the MP15's. We have a lot of people waiting for more CSX's. They will be very happy for that one also.

Awesome! Figured it was only a matter of time. An important diesel for those of us who model the 1990s! For us ATSF-guys, bring on the widecabs!!!!!!

    Gasp!!!
Looks like someone has some more things to go on the "I want that but I can't afford it list."
    :tb-tongue:

CNW and UP -8's with some SD 50's or SD60M's on a long CNW, CTRN, or UP quad hopper train or on a CNW rapid discharge, or a CNW 3 bay hopper train!!!!!!!!!
...or on with some MRL power!:tb-cool:

It would be hard to pass up a couple of C&NW units.... ;)

Nice additions, but it would be really nice to have MP15AC's in MILW, Soo and CP.

    Hint, hint. :D

Yep!!! That's when I'll get excited! Although I must confess I was hoping that Kato would have done these instead of Atlas. Nothing runs or pulls like a Kato IMHO - but maybe Atlas has improved their truck design this time around (and some added weight would also be a big improvement!)

Most likely these will use the same gearcase that the EMD Flexicoil does, with a new sideframe. The truck people complain about is the HTC...

Never in the history of N Scale, has there been so much available. These are the good times and will someday be looked back on as the "Good Old Days".

As mentioned here by others, it's coming so quickly that my monthly budget can't keep up.

    Have fun!

Thank you Atlas! I specifically requested these in CNW, so I suppose I'm obligated to pick one up...

    Atlas 1 Q "Catalog"

The Atlas website includes their 1st Quarter Catalog for items due thru Mid-summer.
There's a lot of goodies on the list.

Any news about the release of the new ATLAS 8-40C?
Any pictures of the pre-production available?

    Thanks

    David,
You are right! I've missed them last time I went on their website. I am not sure they are as exquisite as I was hopping...

Yeah, I was hoping they might have separate grabs, etc., but I presume they used some of the same tooling as was used on the B40-8's. That would make sense. However, the wide nose versions may well be as exquisite as the B40-8W's! Those are what I'm really looking forward to, although I'm not doing very well saving up my money.
