I have been trying to order Peco turnouts and have been shut out.
The nearest hobby shop is 2hours away and they don't carry Peco.
I am all ready to start laying down track but I don't have turnouts.
    Thanks!

Why dont you order the stuff in the Internet?
This is a good address that I can recommend.

This link goes directly to the turnouts:

    Internettrains.com (turnouts)

I made only good experiences with this company. Fast, fair prices and solid packages.

Internet Trains is good, but I've also had very good experiences with Rio Grand Hobbies. That's where I ordered all of my track and turnouts. They have a large inventory and their prices are good.

THIS link takes you directly to the Peco track products.

Jeff: Internet Trains is a good place to get the turnouts. As long as you know what you want (part number or accurate description) and specify that to the shop, I think that an on-line purchase is pretty good. It is not like wanting to see a locomotive or test some rolling stock before purchase. Peco makes a quality item and purchasing in quantity would be good. If you only purchase 2-3 items at a time, you will go broke on shipping. Flex track, which I assume you are using, usually has an extra charge for shipping because of its' length. Just my 2 cents.

There are other shops that also stock a selection of Peco.
