Prayers work people! Lawyer called today....she accepted my cash offer and I will be keeping the layout. Should get into court around the first week of Feb and get this finished. Thanks again everyone for the prayers and support.
Good news Jerry !! Sure beats the alternative that was running through my head: We all drove down to Alabama and where sitting in folding chairs holding bidding paddles in Jerrys garage. Auctioneer up front " I'm gonna start the bidding on this item at $50.00...do I hear $50.00 ?" Paddle goes up in the air. "I have 50 do we have 55 ?" Paddle goes up in the air. " I have 55 do we have 60 ?" So on and so on and so on. Gave me the "hibiby-jibies" I tell ya. :-(
Glad to hear about the trains! I'm still pretty fresh out of my divorce and just went through a massive breakdown, getting counseling to help me work through all the life changes. Even though I wanted the divorce, it has still been the toughest thing I've ever dealt with. I got to keep my trains, camera equipment and the rest of my toys, just cost me my credit and 40% of my paycheck:angry:

Now we are getting somewhere. It won't be long and we will be enjoying the adventures of Jerry's layout. Trains will be rolling once again. Looking forward to it.
