Tropicana Reefers JOHN!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at page 70-73 in the newest issue of Model Railroader! "Squeeze in a Juice distribution center" is the heading. Talks about a Tropicana distribution center. Modern! Dude, It is all MODERN!!! (I consider modern 1980 to present day cause it nearly all looks the same) No ancient history!!! My issue came in the mail today! This issue also has a full blown page sales ad for MTL Z scale Track system. Then a few pages from that has the article on the new MTL Z scale turnouts! MTL is promoting that track system this month! i think there are actually three different versions of the Tropicanna Juice reefers now. The older style mechanical reefers like Mark did in both orange and white schemes and then the new Millenium railcar ones with the truck style modular refrigeration units on the ends of the cars (instead of integral to the car). Tim, I coun't wait to go the hobby shop. so I went to Barnes & Noble to get my copy. This one of the best issues of MR. Lots of articles I can use. Did you see those pretty orange reefer, but if I had to choose, I prefer the white with orange scheme. Yep! I need some Tropicana decals. I am getting on my knees. Please!
