I was alerted to this sad bit of news from the Caboose Hobbies website, and thought I'd pass it along to you: N. Glen Brazelton March 21, 1905 - April 25, 2004 Founder of Caboose Hobbies passed away at age 99. His personable good-natured humor, wit and smile will sadly be missed by the staff and the many loyal customers and friends.
Yes, this was listed in our local papers as well. If you ever are in Denver Colorado this is a must stop for any RR Modeler. It's right off of I-25 so it's an easy pit stop even if your short on time. My #1 local hobby store!!!!!!!
This was actually mentioned in a railrod magazine I bought on the weekend too. Seems like he was a well liked, and well known, person.
For those that have ever been at the actual store knows that it's a special place that must have a true modeler behind it. IT'S HUGE!!!!!!!
