Rereading my post, it makes it sound like I have three rooms full of unbuilt kits. I just meant that my train room has actually expanded to three. I probably have about 10 unbuilt kits and I'm sure others on here have me easily beat. Doug
I save unbuilt kits for days of inclement weather or general boredom. Nothing like building an old Roundhouse kit when it's -20C outside and blowing snow (or +30C and humidity worse than my bathroom after I take a shower...). I can really zone out and be in my little railroading bubble with no other care in the world. Very therapeutic.
Actually I too have a stock of things and am working on something because I do stock things up for the future. My newly re-found obsession for narrow gauge being top of the list.
