Very Nice! Don't know who all the crew are, but I believe the guy with the beard is T.J. Gaffney, who at the time was the director of the Steam Railroading Institute (operators of the 1225). This looks like the area near St. Helen, MI, which was the location of a regular servicing stop on trips from Bay City to Grayling.
