Calling all Z Scale Modelers, I told there are more then 6 of you here... What Scale :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd: :tb-nerd:
Hi Darren, I find it embarrassing to try to find the so called "Z group" or even a reference to "Z scale" here on Trainboard. I model and manufacture for Z, N and HO scales. We need a search engine on Trainboard that can see things like "Z scale" or "Nn3" or even "Z gauge", "Z gage", etc. Trainboard keeps replying "Sorry, no such thing."
Z scale here... and only Z scale! I guess I don't understand the question. According to Trainboard, The Z scale forum has the 3rd highest number of posts (In Model Railroading Category). WE are only behind N scale and the Inspection Pit. There should be any problems finding us! LOL! Rob
Don't forget to vote by going over to the "What Scale" topic
I am a Z scaler. Based on the statistics on the main page, and all things being equal, which they aren't, we can estimate the approximate amount of active members in each scale. If we had the amount of posts in each scale for the last 30 days it would be more accurate. Members Logged in in the last 30 days: 2125 G Scale 3999 Posts 28 Estamated Members (rounded) O Scale 2122 Posts 15 Estamated Members (rounded) S Scale 797 Posts 6 Estamated Members (rounded) HO Scale 29442 Posts 204 Estamated Members (rounded) N Scale 233338 Posts 1618 Estamated Members (rounded) Z Scale 36769 Posts 255 Estamated Members (rounded) So in theory we should have about 255 Z scalers active on the forum in the last month. I doubt you will get that many replies to this thread. This also this assumes every active member on this site is a model railroader, and not just a train fan. So this estimate will be a bit high.
At first, I didn't understand this posting... as I did not see that the words, "What Scale" was a link to a poll. Since there is no mention of a poll being taken... I had no idea what was the purpose of your posting. I have Trainboard.com linked to open directly on the Z Scale forum. I rarely visit outside of the Z-scale forum, because I have no interest to do so.
Medford the weekend of April 30th.....The place you want to be....... Come and meet some of the big names in Z scale, some great manufacturers, some great modeling, and some good good times.
..........because there isn't enough time in a day:tb-sad: Like Alex I have Trainboard Z bookmarked and spend most of my time here:mbiggrin: I live such a sheltered life:tb-biggrin:
I'm with him (his wife) but am a Z scaler in my own right. And you guys think you can fit a lot of Z into one house, try fitting two avid Z scalers stuff into one house Hope to see many more of you here in Medford next month.
