Nice pic!! It sure "turnsout" that there be a lot of "switches" in that picture! We are so cornfused!!!!
They are Switches. No need to be confused. George, Right about now I wish you were closer. I could bounce some ideas off of you. The Transformers are installed and almost hooked up. Need to run some household current to them. Then it will be time to wire them in. Anyway, still pinging from your visit. Wish we had more time. You and Jean take care. Maybe we can get together sometime in the future.
Err, unnh, what? Forgot what? Did you say Cell Phone? I hate that thing. It takes off without warning and does things I didn't ask it to do. Darn fricking touchscreen. But! Yes, I'll give you a call when my back is up against the wall and I can't see a way out. Which doesn't happen that often. For the 35M I have to build a new panel for the DCC - Cut Off Switch (DPDT) and the Reversing Toggles. To reverse the main or the Wye and/or Reversing Loop. Plural, on my layout. Unless, yep that will work. More later!
LOL, it would probably be like those two characters on the Muppet Show that sat in the balcony Bwahahahahahaha
Hey, hey, hey. I resemble those pictures. At first I thought you put up the picture Jean took. Grumpy, you ain't seen grumpy ...yet!! I'm replying to my own post? Well yes! The panel for the cut off switch and the reversing switches is installed. Complete with the reversing TOGGLEs and Cut Off switch. I retested the 35M transformer and it's got some problems. Pretty sure it just needs a little exercise/work. Perhaps some lube and we will see where this takes us. All that cutting, drilling, painting just to add three toggle switches. Now to get them wired back in. I hope that's easier then I think it's going to be. Later!
My 'Platform Clocks' or 'Street Clocks'...whichever you prefer...came in today ! One is planted in THE Railroad Park... The other one is planted in the front yard at THE Homestead.... They aren't wired in yet. I will probably get to that tomorrow. Its BBQ time here tonight !
Got the clock light in THE Railroad Park lit this afternoon after the Nascar race. The extremely small magnet wires on this clock almost got the better of me... .
A lot of your townsfolks are going to be really ticked off at you, George! With clocks everywhere, nobody will have an excuse for being late to work, or any other place they don't wish to be, any more!
Nah, it's always 7:05 am (or pm when George turns down/off the lights) on the layout. Non business hours.
Nope... Saturday, In The Park. I think it was the 4th of July. Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is? Does anybody really care? 25 or 6 to 4!
