I see a great number of great wishes and I too have some: 1. KATO Big Boy, Please 2. KATO Cabforward 3. KATO SP AC-9 Quite a wish list, one "could be" the other 2 pipe dreams but you said " wish list ". Now for my real wish and it is: For the World to get control of this Covid crap and stop all the unnecessary deaths. The humans of the world are in great distress. Stay well, Carl
Nobody else wants F9s? EMD built many, and several railroads used them to haul their crack passenger trains as well as freight units.
I second that! I wonder how KATO hasn’t jumped on that idea yet? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Oh Gosh! Train Cat products: I wish.... Please UP Cantilever signal bridges. Hope he's OK though heard he shut down because his wife passed away....
Yes; IIRC, it is posted at the top of his website home page. That would sure take the starch out of me... If he no longer feels like continuing the business, I would hope someone would purchase the enterprise and restart it, or incorporate it into their own, so at least he and his family/heirs could benefit from the hard work already put into it. And of course, we modelers would benefit too. Those were some beautiful products.
A replacement boiler for an MDC 4-4-0 or 2-8-0 that is a 1890-1900 Reading style camelback, 3D printed would be fine.
As far as resurrections, JNJ had great stuff that would fill some voids. Had a TERRIBLE time finding weed-cutter plows for my EJ&E and they were the ONLY ones to make a CRI&P AB6 shell.
