This bridge, built from a Model Railroader article in the late 70s or early 80s, was always my favorite. On the Portsmouth Branch, it was relegated to a branch line serving the harbor far to the right. That's my rendition of a HoJo motel below the bridge. Built before computers I scaled up the magazine drawings and cut each piece against the drawing.
Don't forget wooden pile bridges. Many still exist, but are usually found on branches. Here's a few in use in 2020. Coulee, ND: Niobe, ND: Kenaston, ND:
@HemiAdda2d, your pics don't show. Looks like you tried the "Image" button. Use the "Media Gallery Embed" button at top or the "Upload a File" button on the bottom.
Wonder where they went? Hemi they aren't showing up on my screen. Maybe you could get a staff member to help you out. Okay, that was bad, I'll go stand in the corner.
Got your last. Also got your first of 2 KCS on the truss. Nothing in between. Please remember, To Err Is Human. To Really Fail Takes A Computer.
So, it appears to be only his newer images that can not be viewed by everyone. Will get the staff IT experts to figure it out.
