Random thought; If the Great Northern had got around to repainting the #400 SD45 "Hustle Muscle" in Big Sky Blue, would they have retained the name and put the lettering in BSB in the same spot on the long hood, probably in the right stripe? Hmmmmm, has anyone painted one up like this in a fantasy scheme?
The letters "HUSTLE MUSCLE: were in GN green, and White for the BN paint. Do you think same would have been in Grey or Blue on a white background? I have wondered same.
They'd have probably painted it in white lettering on a BSB panel and mounted it onto the handrails next to the other one with "Great Northern" and the "Rocky" logo.
Yes! In the first pic, I can see it just above the handrailing sign, in BSB in the white stripe.... But in this GN pic, when the loco first appeared for public viewing, they could have put it right behind the handrail sign, since it was alot farther forward, on it's own sign.... ....
