You need a wide staircase for the old men and their balls. (debated a couple hours before hitting "post reply" on this)
Well I don't need to wait for that, all I have to do is go to the full length mirror in the bathroom. My confusion was whether that stairs would fit your little building. Your dress is very nice. It helps you look like your about 16.
The size, material used, and coloring of the stars would depend on when the building was built, or last renovated. 1962 was the year before I graduated from high school in a suburb of Winnipeg Manitoba, and I'm trying to recall the look of most stairs in a variety of buildings. Eaton's (I know that Eaton's is not an advertiser on TB, but since they are no longer in business I don't think any regulations are broken...I hope!!) and they resembled the staircase that you have, except that the two sides were separated by a wall rather than a pipe railing. And I seem to recall wooden hand rails, lacquered not painted. That building was built in 1905. The internet probably has the answers to any question...check it out!! LOL... Can't trust those emojis!! Jim
Okay still in the lounge First is the kitchen doors Next picture : where the bar will go. No work done on the bar yet. last picture: Where the stairs will go. Just set in. No work on the stairs[yet. Still thinking about it
That's Wonderful. Your camera angle and precision is perfect for Realtor ads. Hard to realize that it's 1:87 proportion.
With the beautiful weather it report you are getting should give you a lot of time to work on it. Here in Appleton, WI we had 9 degrees today, -10 overnight and 8 degrees tomorrow. Unfortunately at 10 tomorrow morning I have a doctors appointment at the VA Clinic on the other side of town. Hopefully the last of the super cold. Then into the low to mid 30s next week and low to mid 40s to the end of the month. Will have to start looking for a scooter. Those stairs do look better in place.
Only nine below zero here this morning. (Wind chill minus 25.) Supposedly will be twenty below tomorrow morning. (Wind chills predicted minus forty.) Nice and warm inside, following my fellow hobbyists activities.
And a nice hat. Be sure to hang on to it. Especially when walking over one of those grates like Marilyn Monroe.
