I am no longer allowed to add Quotes to replies. Why?
There seems to be no way to contact the management about issues, but they are more than capable of blocking if it's done wrong. Why don't they add a link to them?

    Works fine here.

Are you on some double-secret probation of some kind? :)

There is the SUPPORT forum, where you can post any questions or issues with the board. And, it is fairly easy to get our attention - in fact, on the home page there is a listing on the right of all staff currently on line. We are here to help.

To quote a single post, simply press the "Reply" button in that post. To embed multiple quotes from multiple posts, use the "Quote +" button. And, of course, one can always use the Quote tags in text: (no spaces) [ Quote ] text to quote here [ /Quote ]

Now, as to your specific question, what is your browser, operating system, etc? What steps are you trying to use?

In January Microsoft took over my computer with Windows 10. All non-Microsoft programs, including this one, were erased and most aren't allowed back on. When I got back on this site it had changed as have the others I've been able to reconnect to.
I want Windows 7 back. It was an intelligent and useful operating system and didn't include the pornography and corruption Microsoft introduced me to with 10.
I will endeavor to learn your new layout. It is a very interesting site.

I have heard and read of too many who wish 7 and even 8/8.1 were still their OS. :( :( :(

I run Windows 10 Professional. At least you have some control and better security. Well worth the extra $100.00 you pay for it vs. Win 10 home at $99.00 with no control at all. Hope you get your links and programs back (I REFUSE to call them apps. They're PROGRAMS. My 'puter is NOT a cell phone). Now back to our regularly scheduled train discussions.

Some misunderstanding here... this is a web site, not a program installed on your computer. FireFox and Chrome work on 10 the same way they work on 8.1, 8 and 7.

I'm guessing you are using Edge or Internet Explorer, Edge being new, and IE has had some changes. Both are terrible browsers and you should not use them in my opinion.

Also, a windows 10 upgrade from 7 does not delete any programs, although printer drivers may not work until you get newer ones.

honestly, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mac's Safari are the worst browsers out there.

IE is sooooo bad, Homeland Security and the U.S. State Department recommend not to use it.

As for the quote function, I have not had an issue with it on multiple OS and browsers. I have seen the buttons disappear on mobile devices in portrait view, then they reappear in landscape.
