The Maitland's house kit is done. This one was very challenging to recreate in Z-scale. I wanted to finish it before Thanksgiving, but it took me more time to finalize it. at least it will be available before Christmas. Another view with the over confident bozo beside it. To be fair, I only use diluted white glue, which make the assembly time a little longer, mostly because I hate CA glue, I don't do modeling often enough so I lose all my CA bottle, even if they are not opened, they have a shelf life, that become expensive after a while. I've assemble the main frame pretty fast, 3 in all during testing. I could say this kit could be assemble in the same time frame as the Field of dream kit, even though it is twice its size. Of course some assembly methods are required. For instance......the stairs
