Hello All, My name is Kevin and I'm from Columbia, Missouri. I was into N Scale when I was a kid, but I'm grown up now and since there's limited space in my Man Cave, I'm going to try Z Scale. I'm looking forward to learning a lot from the TrainBoard forum!
Hello, Kevin. Welcome to TrainBoard. I have seen some Z-scale pikes and I'm impressed. Please share photos of your work as you go along.
Welcome. Related to my other main life interest, Columbia, Missouri is the original source of the best record brush ever made - the Discwasher. I think it was designed by a professor at the University there. I have been through Columbia several times on the way to Jefferson City. Doug
I ordered a Rokuhan Double Oval and RC03 Controller that are supposed to arrive today. Need to get a coffee table next and then I'll work on getting a locomotive and rolling stock.
Oh yeah, I remember the Discwasher... had one of those in my vinyl days. I wonder if it would clean track?

Hi Kevin, welcome, glad to have you on board. Please share what you're doing also. New people mean new ideas and techniques. I heard a neat conversation years ago, went sort of like this.... Wow, where'd you learn to do that? I dunno, I didn't know it wasn't being done.
