Seriously?! 4 pics and all of them blurry? If a seller can't be bothered to take decent pictures, they probably cant be bothered to pack it right or ship it right ether. http://www.ebay.com/itm/N-scale-Kat...432838?hash=item283e734246:g:JBcAAOSwo-NZqDp4
Not quite sure this is really worth the price: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kato-176-49...619643&hash=item3f8442104f:g:4MsAAOSwInxXNx9x
Since there are 2 more of the identical loco for $114.... maybe contact the $550 guy and offer to sell him all he wants at $225 each and he can make 100% profit selling them for twice as much... then you make $115 a loco ha ha! Yep, crack cocaine must be cheap over there... Greg
You have to wonder, the seller has a 100% positive feedback with 339 reviews? The seller has other items for sale with in focus photos, was this seller having a bad day? The thing that bothers me, where is the original box? Blurry photos, no box? If I was interested I'd ask the seller to post new photos of the locomotive as the page states no refunds.
No, it's not worth $549. This seller has lost their mind, especially when someone in Illinois has the exact same locomotive listed for $114.99 with free shipping.
Plus, a quick search turns up at least one shop (that doesn't advertise here) with two of these locos in stock and marked down to $106 + shipping.
Even with the blurry photo, would anyone really confuse that loco with this?https://i.pinimg.com/originals/1c/0c/f5/1c0cf5c212a8776080d06d5db87fcc52.jpg
Found a new one online for $85, another for $95 and two more via Amazon for less than that eBay seller is asking.
You might want to jump on this one. . . Then maybe not. Peco track is expensive but $32.00 for a piece of 36 inch flex? +$9.56 for shipping? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Peco-SL-300...172891?hash=item1c879b18db:g:Z9IAAOSwHnFV3Iyo
First car I ever drove was a 1959 black Buick. My friends called it the Mafia car. Fins were in in the late50's. Man, that thing was a boat or rather a barge. Once a month my brother and I had to wax (Simonize) the beast. The ole wax on, wax off routine.
Usually sellers list "from a smoke-free home". This one made me do a double take: http://www.ebay.com/itm/182754754724 "Condition used from smoke filled home"
