Found my GHQ Weyerhauser log truck. Most of my stuff is boxed up while I work on the new layout, so I had to look for it. Needs some dull coat.

Bought my first product from Shapeways... Bought the TP56 kit. I'll be making the TP70. Like this one. Made some good progress this week.

Those weathered hoppers look great! I recently scored a Kato UP C30-7....mid-production I guess (has closed pilots but is not DCC ready). Man, does this thing run smooth! Fast, yes, but really, really smooth and quiet. Really heavy too...pretty sure it can pull out tree stumps!
Still a bit unclear of timeline era for American Car Foundry -link to ACFX but wet ahead and bought one anyhow. Need to add the markers still (right out of box)
Added 2 more locomotives and a caboose to my collection. Maybe someday I'll pick a prototype and stick with it, but until then the collection size increases
Thanks MK. I've been a fan of the Annie since reading an RMC article about the railroad years ago. I'm also a fan of the DT&I, so getting a couple of GP35's in the Annie DT&I inspired scheme was a neat ebay find.

Not exactly a purchase, but a freebie from a friend. Got a BNSF OLS mug and a 2017 BNSF employee calendar. Friend was kayaking and more back in/around Lake Superior for a month! Stopped at the BNSF yard, at Alliance, NE. On way home.
