Work on modeling has been slow this week, so I took a picture out of the archives from the Strongsville Model Railroad club. NYC GP40's with a mixed freight, passing a coal drag hauled by a pair of GP9's. Thanks for looking! Rick Jesionowski
Posted all my accomplishments this week, in the other thread about what you're planning to do this weekend. Very productive week for me. Looks like everybody else is off to a great start to the weekend! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Here a pipeline crew completes a leak repair in the shadows of an ancient civilization.................. Hope you enjoyed the scene, carl
SO TRUE! I've never had a problem there. It was installed in 2003. For the most part, my trackwork is very good. That's needed to keep cars & engines from getting walled!
Was able to run trains again! Yay! The bottles by the tank cars are standing in for a 1920's oil uploading facility.
This is a photo of the first locomotive that I custom painted for my freelance railroad around 30 years ago. I wanted to get a "family look" for the diesels without having to have custom decals made. It is an early Athearn GP-7 that was remotored with a can motor and had some details added.
