The set of handrails on my SW-1200RS are made by Athabasca, and are real easy to install. The set includes side and end handrails plus the air hoses. Cheers Steve NZ
I've been thinking getting some sets of these myself, but I was just curious if they also include all the handrails for the steps leading up the cab and around the battery boxes behind the cab?
If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate as Athabasca has announced he is closing up shop and may have already done so.
Last custom build & handrail job I just did - this unit is at the Air Force museum Soldered brass rails.
We have some parts when we included them in our sets years ago. Email me at Joe@micro-trains.com and I'll check Joe
I think that's the dog talking and not Joe. Most of these avatars have humor in them. We play with toy trains so how "professional" can that be????
No. Not at all. It's a forum avatar. If anyone should be offended it's the dog for being outed in this manner. But since he eats bunny poop, I doubt the dog is going to be too concerned over it. Let's leave it there shall we?
I like seeing a dog that can be open and honest about what he likes to eat. Joe, don't listen to him...
I see you are new to forums...or maybe just this one...but it's usually more productive when you are a little less pointed and more supportive of the efforts here. But don't worry, I'm a big boy and have changed a lot of diapers so this kind of criticism is just background noise. Don't knock bunny poop unless you've tried it. LOL
