Really surprised to see no mention of Russell Higginbotham's beautiful buildings/structures from his 'Marshall Shops'. I had built his double track art deco bridge a year ago for our T-TRAK club, and received this gorgeous depot kit just in time for Christmas.... http://www.redrivermodels.com/Albuquerque2016order.html there's even a truncated tower assembly that i can use for the way the depot appeared during my 1957 modeled era... I sure liked the realistic look; and stood at that locations many times waiting on the Rail Runner. Nice looking structure. This will have a spot on my layout Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
We just moved into a larger house and I'd been itching to start a new layout. I was going to do what I always do, N&W in 1950s but when this kit arrived, I'm shifting to ATSF 1950s. I spend a lot of time at Acoma Pueblo because the other half is Acoma so I'm around the BNSF line through western NM often. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm gonna take a little artistic license but the benchwork is almost done and it's time to start layering up some mesas. Amazing how one good kit can shift one's focus
Yes it sure is a nice kit and so are that companies other offerings. Well done Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
