I just ran across a bid for 2 used Tyco horn hook couplers starting at $3.50 over at ebay. I have 2 observations; 1) I'm going to be rich if I can sell mine for that. 2) I can buy the whole car at most train shows for less.
Here is a new one! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Athearn-40-Flat-Car-w-Load-Custom-/231859486202?hash=item35fbe6fdfa:g:CfcAAOxy3JtRfGBj At least there is free shipping! Rick J
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HO-scale-Ty...ading-ore-coal-hopper-car-train-/141921655627 This one showed up a couple days ago. It's a Tyco operating hopper with the Brach's paint job. Mind you, that is one of the most difficult to find, and usually sells for around $50 in good condition. This one has one entire corner of railing broken out, a large nick along the bottom of the other side, all of the stirrups broken off, one coupler missing (non-replaceable), several small pieces missing from the cover, plus it has the wrong bottom piece (should be plain white metal instead of the blackened version)... but you can buy it now for the low price of just $36 plus shipping!

The seller has many items for huge prices. Eh, the person must be very bored to entertain themselves that way.

Their Feedback rating is not exactly stellar, too many neutrals and negatives for their short time using that service.
Love the description, too. '89'10cm flat car'. Does that mean the prototype was measured in feet and centimeters instead of feet and inches? I hope so, because if it's not at least 26 cm long, it isn't HO.
What the bloody... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Athearn-Fri...452614?hash=item1c73a7abc6:g:BvAAAOSwaB5XjsdH
What? A Frisco Pacific dummy F7 with no couplers for only twelve fifty plus eight seventy five to ship it? Where else can you find one of these?
An SP Daylight engine with 'FRISCO' painted on the side? I would certainly hope they're rare as hen's teeth.
'ts what aye sayd. Frisco Pacific. I mean, unless that's your particular railroad colours and name......what the heck you gonna DO wit it once you win it? Now...if it was Hi-F drive, maybe....and I'd repaint it to match my custom die cast Varney F-units. But not for that price. I would go with "free" and eight bucks to ship.....but how much does Priority cost for a box that small?
Here's a very special two-in-one Bowser PRR GLa Hopper that convincingly doubles as an SAL boxcar for just $31.28 to your door. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bowser-4114...107973?hash=item5b2fbf9285:g:FiwAAOSwux5YQgGK
That seller always offers many items, sometimes they make mistakes and they are quick to correct errors. Thanks for noticing, I contacted them.
Check this out! Offered him $100 http://m.ebay.com/itm/322345122611 Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
