And Mikado was out railfanning the NS...

Lastly, they say it's bad luck if a black cat crosses your path. We'll have to ask Itsa Timmy what happens if an all-red locomotive crosses your path.

Great picks. Congratulations to all the folks who were selected. I can't decide between the Seaboard caboose or the Milwaukee stock car as my personal favorite. I like old stuff.

I shot that car last March at Camp 18 in Oregon. Camp 18 is an informal logging museum and restaurant (Great Food!) located about 18 miles east of the coast on Highway 26. They have a bunch of old logging equipment and some old rail cars. I almost missed this one and an old Northern Pacific box car they had pushed down a small hill and under some trees away from everything else. You can see another shot in my Rail Images. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite to eat and a look around if you are ever in that area. I'll have a few more pictures to post from there, too. Thanks!

I will second the recommendation of Camp 18. They have old rail equipment and lots of logging artifacts. The restaurant is built kind of like a lodge, and the food is not bad at all. It's in Elsie, Oregon.

There has been a Logging Modelers Conference there in March the last couple years. I am not sure if it is happening again.
