I'm also glad that it is back and running well.:D
Though on some of the other forums there were some post that
it was no loss if TrainBoard was gone, as the members here are not serious enough
about the hobby to be real model railroaders.:shock:

I'm sure I was not the only one to see these.

I didn't see any of that but you know how it is; some people like one thing, some like another. What I tell people that don't like this site is that we do nothing to force people to come here. A few of the e-mails I receive would leave one to believe that I broke into people's homes and held a gun to their heads to make them log on.

Yes. Some of us saw and have seen such nonsense. Not serious enough? About what? This is a hobby. It is intended to be fun, not work. Good grief, what some find to complain about. If they'd use that wasted energy being constructive, they might actually make something worth while of their lives.

I've not seen that, but then maybe I'm missing something, this is one of the most active forums out there and most of the other big ones are about the same in content.

I missed it. I saw the site was down and then my hard drive crashed. Just got back late yesterday (today?) and everything was fine. I'm on dial up and old computer so I hope to replace the hard drive and fix it.
