Well...I would think so, but it looks like the lease company would have painted it out. Of course there is a big "CN" on it, too and they didn't paint that out. Just wondering why they would leave them visible or not put their own initials somewhere.
This is not a lease engine. CN owns the Wisconsin Central and it's reporting marks. If an engineer were to call this engine into a Dispatcher, they would call it in as WC 6907. It is still owned and operated by the CN. They do the same thing with DMIR, GTW, IC and EJE units. BNSF still owns and uses GN reporting marks as well.
