Yes. I believe when TTX divested some Railbox and Railgon cars back to some of the owners of TTX (railroads), the cars were placed with reporting marks for the railroads taking control of the equipment. There used to be a bunch of Railboxes running around with C&O reporting marks, also.

I also noticed that the train is on the old C&O, on the stretch heading toward Walbridge. And you are standing on Columbus Ave with the future railfan park behind you.
