Color schemes?

I am trying to find some information about the color schemes of the B&O, but can't find it that easily on the internet. Has someone a link for me to a good source? I want to know what era this Doodlebug can be placed in.

There are not really any good online sources that I have found other than joining the B&O Yahoo group. Most of the good info is in print and some of those authors post on the group.

There was a discussion about doodlebugs a while back. I will try to dig it up and see what I can find. From what I recall, the blue and gray scheme was different on doodlebugs than the passenger scheme used. Most were painted all B&O Blue or a Pullman Green with some caution striping on the nose.

The last one dates to 1953. I'm pretty sure they ran into the 60's on lines that didn't have enough traffic for a complete train.
