For all of you NP fans,

I baked some fruitcakes using the recipe in "Dining Car to the Pacific"

They are absolutely delicious! I never had the pleasure of travelling on the NP nor of dining
in their dining cars.
If anyone has any doubts about wanting to try that recipe or any of the recipies from the
book, I urge you not to hesitate!

I think I ran into some NP recipies in one of my books, maybe the Vista Dome book? I'll have to take a look.
