I guessed it too as soon as I saw it...I suspect a bunch of us have been curious to see what North Korea looks like in Google Earth, so we were ready to recognize this one.

I've checked the area several times with a few of the recent GE contests.
So, I've probably seen this one and recognised it almost right away.
Really, it was a WAG on my part!
