Errr, maybe not.

I've done quite a bit of checking from Kola Peninsula to Kamchatka along the Arctic Sea. I saw some promising looking places in Magadan, but then noticed that there were no rail lines. I need to take the kids to dance lessons and run some errands, so I will probably see the answer when I get back.
