First guess was Rotterdam, and I looked at Hamburg on the way...

First guess was Rotterdam, and I looked at Hamburg on the way...
Well, I started in Portugal and worked my way up past Rotterdam before I gave it a break. For some reason I was stuck on that coast. And I visited St. Pete earlier today looking for the one I finally found in Kiev. But missed the docks.

Way to go Ben.
