I saw it yesterday morning. There was a contest a while
back of NLR/North Little Rock and it has the same
greenish look. I though for sure someone would have
gotten it sooner.

Texarkana, Arkansas/Texas
This is an interesting location because the railyard is in two states.
The farthest left side is in Texas and the right side in Arkansas.
The street that runs diagonally from lower left to upper right is the state line and the building in the center of the street is the federal building and the state line runs through the middle of it.

Looking at the streets, it seems this would be a good railfan place. Nice shots of freight cars in the yard. Anyone railfan here?
